  • WP3 multi-RI metadata queries: Discuss with Paul for HSF cond DB, and with Valentin for Rucio metadata

  • Upgrade CE and ET servers to Rucio with multi-RI implementation and test it.

LIA:

• added the et-policy-package:
  • the user with attribute can_upload can now upload and register files to the rse and rucio catalogue
• removed the attribute admin to everyone but legger and lavezzi and given the attribute add_upload
• added judge-evaluator daemon
