DESCRIPTION:The SFB 1464 TerraQ (Germany) and the EXC 2123 QuantumFrontier
 s (Germany) at Leibniz Universität Hannover\, the RWTH Aachen University 
 (Germany) and the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands) are collabora
 ting on an International Lecture Week on Gravitational Waves. \nThe target
  of this event is to bring together early-career scientists from engineeri
 ng and physics to expand their knowledge of gravitational wave physics\, a
 stronomy\, and related fields. The program features lectures on foundation
 al theories and experimental aspects\, guiding participants through the fa
 scinating realm of gravitational wave astronomy. Lectures are introduced e
 ach day\, along with numerous dedicated sessions for early-career scientis
 ts to engage in discussions and networking activities with peers.\nPartici
 pants will also actively contribute by giving brief presentations aimed at
  peers from a broad range of scientific disciplines\, enhancing their scie
 nce communication skills.\nWith the support of organized social events\, t
 he Ressort Eifeler Tor provides an ideal setting for fostering creative sc
 ientific discussions and promoting a harmonious environment where scientis
