Kick-off and community building workshop for the Einstein Telescope e-Infrastructure board.

The Einstein Telescope initiative is gaining momentum, and it’s time also for the computing community to start working on its Computing Model.

ET computing needs will far exceed those of second-generation GW observatories, and furthermore by the 2030's a large multimessenger-capable network of facilities will be taking and exchanging data and triggers.

Already several challenges are in front of us: for example, the multimessenger astronomy community is starting to design the low-latency infrastructure for next-generation observatories; we need to work out the actual resource requirements for data analysis, and soon support will be needed for Mock Data Challenges.
