The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola Bay, Elba Island (Italy). Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage and in Hotel Biodola in the bay of La Biodola, Elba Island (Italy).

Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are the following:

The above fees include full board accommodation in a double room per person. Lunch for all participants will be served at the Hotel Hermitage. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the assigned hotel except for the evening of the social dinner that will be served at the Hotel Hermitage.
Participants booking their own accommodation can have meals at Hotel Hermitage at 56 €/each. They can pay for them directly at the Hotel desk.
To reserve your hotel accommodation, please fill in the Registration Form. The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the Hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies. We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a couple of weeks before the meeting starts.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before the closing date.
For cancellations or changes after the registration deadline, please contact the Meeting Organization as soon as possible to avoid Hotel charges. A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests.
