The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola Bay, Elba Island (Italy).
Prices are intended per person Bed&Breakfast treatment, meals are included in the registration fee, EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED:

IMPORTANT! For partecipants who will stay in different hotels the cost of meals for accompanying persons is the following:
- 65,00 Euros per meal per adult
- 35,00 Euros per meal per child (2-12 years old)
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before the closing date.
For cancellations or changes after the registration deadline, please contact the Meeting Organization as soon as possible to avoid Hotel charges. A penalty of 60,00€ will apply for early departures of in-house guests.
