Main Meeting
Early registration fee (until October 10th 2024)
Standard rate: 1600 PLN
PhD student rate: 1300 PLN
Regular registration fee
Standard rate: 1900 PLN
PhD student rate: 1600 PLN
Remote participation: free
The fee includes conference dinner, lunches and coffee breaks.
Satelite meetings
Early registration fee (until October 10th; until October 24th for SPB): 300 PLN
Regular registration fee: 350 PLN
Remote participation: free
Please note that due to late addition there is a separate registration form for the SPB meeting! This way people who already registered for the main meeting and obtained the invoice can stil register to the SPB meeting - there will be another invoice associated with this form.
Payment
The only method of payment is online Saferpay system operated by Worldline. It accepts credit cards as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Payment process
- After registration there will be an option to pay (at the bottom of the registration page). When you click Pay you will be redirected to the Saferpay gateway. Please make sure that this page looks like this:
- after successfull operation you will get an automatic notification from both Saferpay and from the Indico system,
- we will generate electronic invoices at least one per week, you will be notified by email when there is a new document to download from the registration page.
Cancellation policy
In the event of withdrawal from participation in the conference, the organizer commits to refunding the fees paid by the participant, less handling fees:
- up to 30 days before the conference: -10%
- 29 to 7 days before the conference: -50%
- less than 7 days before the conference: refund is not possible
The refund requests should be sent via email to LOC (email date determines above fees) and will be processed no later than 14 days from the receipt. Refunds can be done only via the bank transfer so please provide the complete bank account information in the email.
