Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Atendees must take their own hotel reservations for the workshop.
We have arranged a special rate in Airport Hotel Adlershof for MAD25 attendees. The hotel is located in Science and Technology Park Adlershof, only 10 min walking from the venue, where MAD25 takes place.
The special rate in Airport Hotel Adlersof applies for the period 5th-7th October 2025 and provides a business room for 114 EUR per night including breakfast and city tax.
In order to use this special rate, please contact the hotel at +49 30 720 22 22 000 or info@aha-hotel.de with your accommodation wishes and provide the password "MAD". Please not, that booking a room at a special rate by using the password online is not possible, only by phone or email.
If you have reserved your room by this arrangement, you can cancel the booking free of charge until 3 days before arrival. In case of cancellation at a later date or no-show, you will be charged 90% of the booking cost.
The special rate in Airport Hotel Adlersof expires on 7th September 2025, but you still can make your hotel reservation afterwards at a standard rate.
