Welcome to the ET Symposium Payment Information section! Below you'll find details on registration fees, what they include, and how to pay.
Symposium fee
· Full Regular rate; 350Euro Before April 6th 23:59 CEST
· Late registration rate; 400EUR After April 6th 23:59 CEST
· Remote participation; free
These rates include access to all excursion activities, daily refreshments, and lunch provided on two days of the symposium.
Please note: If you register for an excursion but are unable to attend, a fee of €25 will be charged to cover expenses incurred.
How to Pay
To complete your registration for the ET Symposium, please follow these payment instructions:
1. Transfer the registration fee to the following bank account:

2. In the payment reference field of you bank, please include: ETSYMP2024/[your name]
3. Payment is due immediately upon registration. Invoices for reimbursement will be sent every two weeks.

Nikhef Members
Attention Nikhef members who intend to expense the symposium fee at Nikhef.
In order to streamline administrative processes and avoid duplication of effort, we ask hat you refrain from paying the symposium fee if you plan to expense it through Nikhef. Instead, please send an email to et-gwfp@maastrichtuniversity.nl to confirm your Nikhef membership. Upon verification, we will ensure that your registration fee is processed accordingly and notify you.
