Description
Resonantly enhanced Deep Frequency Modulation Interferometry (ReDFMI) is a novel displacement sensing technique, which combines Deep Frequency Modulation Interferometry (DFMI) and resonant enhancement. ReDFMI is capable of multi-fringe displacement sensing with absolute ranging and (sub-) femto-meter precision, which can be incorporated in a compact optical setup. On this poster we present the general working principle of ReDMFI, the currently used readout scheme, measurement results and some challanges we are facing right now.
