Cancellation policy
In the event of withdrawal from participation in the conference, the organizer commits to refunding the fees paid by the participant, less handling fees:
up to 30 days before the conference: -10%
29 to 7 days before the conference: -50%
less than 7 days before the conference: refund is not possible
The refund requests should be sent via email to LOC (email date determines above fees) and will be processed no later than 14 days from the receipt. Refunds can be done only via the bank transfer so please provide the complete bank account information in the email.
